For a quick breakfast try this omelette with cheese and vegetables
You'll need:
4 eggs
1 tsp (tiny spoon) of tomato sos
a few leaves of parsley or dill
1 chopped red bell pepper
200 mg canned peas (extra small) and baby carrots
shredded mozzarella
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients
Add a spoon of oil in the pan then pour the mix
Use a spatula to flip the omelette on the other side
