Recycle
The most problem in big cities it's the pollution which can be avoided very easy.
For example we can start recycling paper, cardboard or plastic. Another solution could be that the police will be more strict about who plotues and have better punishments that will make them recycle for example strict and exact fines(amenda). One last solution I think would be affective it's the volunteering, for example the volunteers should help with recycling and do interesting recycling competitions with prizes.
In conclusion there could be way more other solutions for this problem but unfortunately nothing will probably happen because of the people not caring about the environment.
