pxr is a triangle with a right angle => (with pythagorean theorem) px^2 + rx^2 = pr^2 => (4•4)^2 + px^2 = (5•4)^2 => px= 3 • 4 =12

rqx is a triangle with a right angle => (with pythagorean theorem) rx^2 + xq^2 = rq^2 => 16^2 + xq^2 = 34^2 => 256 + xq^2 = 1156 => xq = 30

px : xq = 12/30 = 6/15 = 2/5
