Social networks, in turn, have both good and bad parts. The good parts are the much easier communication with loved ones. More recently, nowadays, everything is digital, even in education, social networks are used more, teachers sending materials directly on the phone. As with anything, there are downsides, and addiction is one of them. The loss of reality can be done in a split second, without realizing it.
