We've decided to book a room with sea view, on the other side of the island.
Two days before our departure, we were told that there has been a mixt up ,and our booking is for another area of the resort.

The counsellors adviced us to make a complaint but we didn't. It didn't seem such a drama after all.
On arrival, they apologised for the inconvenience and took us right away to our room on the top floor.
We had a wide variety of outdoor activities, such as horse riding, fishing, crafts or swimming.
There was a lifeguard by the pool, which gave us confidence.
The staff also told us we could request a first aid kit if needed.
It would be good to have one if you got lost.
We were so glad that we've overlooked the problem with our booking.
