Good evening manager,
I recently bought a cassette player from your shop days ago because I wanted to play music and listen to podcasts.
But since I turned the device power on, the cassette doesn't play correctly and it has an audio malfunction.
The issue does not come from the cassettes as they look in a good state.
I would like to come back to the shop and request a fix on the cassette player. If not, I would ask for a refund.
