I often have some healthy broccoli for lunch, some pork steak and some orange juice. I like to have a delicious lunch, but also healthy because I want to stay strong and healthy. Most of the time I eat lunch at school.

I think it's very important to pay attention to what you eat. Because of that, I usually have a salad for lunch. Sometimes, I also make some sugar-free brownies as a dessert.

When I don't have time to cook, I make a banana and strawberrry smoothie. It's very tasty and healthy at the same time.

I also never forget to drink a lot of water. It has so many benefits!
