In my opinion I believe that video games are not good for the children's health because today, the children use their phones and other technologies in excess. They even say "Oh but i can't survive without my phone! i would die without it!". It's scientifically proven that the light from the phone screen, and not only phone, harms the eyes. Of course, it wouldn't harm the children's health if they would time their time on the phone,but they don't. Also, some children that play too much on their phones get angry, they don't learn at school, and they don't listen to their parents neither.
