If I were to decide what to visit, I would go everywhere by letting myself transported in my books.
However, my friends do not agree with my idea of traveling, so, every other weekend, they convince me to join them in descovering the world piece by little piece. I like the most when we go visit some park they've heard about, or saw a picture of it on facebook and I chalenge them to find that exact sight from the picture. They love the challenge, I enjoy the peace and the fresh air, everyone happy.
To my surprise, sometimes they are in the mood to go to the zoo, and I asked them what is so great about seeing all the nth time. Their surprise is that it's a familiar thing that they used to do with thier familliea and brings them joy in doing it again now and then.
Once a month we dare to hop on a train and visit some aqua park, or a fair, a museum, a castle, or whatever we can find in other cities, in order to enrich our knowledge about world, about our history, but also because we enjoy discovering together so many things
All in all, I may love to travel to my books, but I wouldn't trade for the world our weekend little trips.
