recipe :
cucumembers , tomatoes , a small onion and some beetroots.
1. wash the cucumbers,tomatoes and beetroots.
2. peel the onion from the dry layers and wash it.
3.chop off the tails from the beetroots.
4.Cut the cucumbers,tomatoes,beetroots and the onion into small pieces ( from preference).
5. put them all into a big bowl .
6.add salt,vinegar and olive oil.
7.mix it with 2 forks.
8.Done fast and its very easy to make.
