A good lifestyle:
-a good diet (can help with fat loss and is overall good for your body)
-consuming less calories than you burn (helps with fat loss alot)
-going for a walk/run every morning (burns alot of calories and makes our blood flow and our body more active)
-going to the gym atleast 3 days a week (helps building muscle, losing fat and many other stuff)
-getting 8 hours of sleep (not waking up tired, and is overall good for our body)
