b) Construct lines through the intersection points that are parallel to the y-axis.
c) Grab the parabola and move it around the coordinate plane. Describe what happens to the two vertical lines as you move the curve so that its vertex is to the left and the right of the y-axis.
d) The vertex of the original parabola is below the x-axis. Describe what happens to the vertical lines as you move the vertex so that it is above the x-axis, and when it is exactly on the x-axis.
